Abstract

Today, the digital economy is one of the most important topics in the Departments of modern organizations, because of its key role in the success of the organization, achieving human development and increasing its effectiveness, so it has become very important to focus on the digital economy as a result of the constant change in the external environment of the organization and to keep pace with the development and scientific progress to achieve competition to ensure organizations survival and continuation in the market. The problem of the study is the following main question "What is the role of the requirements of the digital economy in the development of human resources in zootina oil production company" and this study aims to try to identify the extent of the use of technological technologies by oil companies, and to identify the difficulties facing oil companies in the development of human resources in the digital economy. The importance of this study lies in clarifying the role of the digital economy in the development of human resources in the company under study, making it able to compete and excel in the market while keeping pace with technological development. The descriptive analytical approach was used through the distribution of the questionnaire to the study sample, and the study community may be employees and employees of the company.a number of (30) questionnaire forms were distributed to the employees who were selected at Zueitina company. after a while, 26 questionnaire forms were obtained valid for analysis, and this study reached several results, the most important of which is, there is a role for the requirements of the digital economy in human resources development in the company, as 51.84% of the change in human resources development is due to the change in the requirements of the digital economy if human resources development is affected only by the impact of the requirements of the digital economy. This study reached several recommendations, the most important of which is to work on developing the infrastructure and creating a suitable environment for the digital economy, and investing in the fields of research, development and innovation for the digital economy and Human Resources Development by the company.
