Summary: The subject of the study revolves around international agreements between European countries and the Western Tripolitania during the Karamanli era. The study focused on the phenomenon of piracy and its role in combating the Tripolitan trade movement, while the second section dealt with: the role of the Tripolitans in confronting European pirates, while the final section was entitled: The agreements concluded with the Europeans and their role in the prosperity of the Eyala economy: This research talks about the controls and provisions of maritime trade and everything that affected it. It focused on the agreements concluded with the African region of Borno, which is one of the most important regions cooperating commercially with the Eyala and then Europe, while the research touched on the impact. Which was produced by the agreements on the economy of the Eyala during the study period.
