Abstract

This research aims to emphasize the importance of Islamic Shariah (law) and to explain its absolute validity and ability for finding effective solutions for all life issues at all times.  This is due to its vitality and comprehensiveness. It is a Shariah (law) of knowledge which cannot conflict with interests of people regardless their different beliefs.  The quarantine law was firstly introduced in this Shariah (law) to maintain the interest of all people. People can be either Muslims or Kafir (Disbelievers) and the benefits of this world are common but the benefits of the hereafter are particulars. People get health and safety supplies during epidemic breaks out which cannot be achieved through other means of prevention. Through this law, people can protect themselves from damage and loss and can improve their lives and societies. Because the spread of diseases is one of the main reasons that prevent the rise of any nation and impede its development. Injury which affect humans who represent the main factor of construction often leads to disruption to all construction works. However, patient Muslims realize what they have been promised by God from the benefits of the Hereafter. This indicates the universality of Islamic Shariah (Law).
